🔹 Order Cancellation Policy

✅ Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at info@greens.anndigitara.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If your payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You can, however, raise a return request once the order is delivered (see return policy below).

❗ Company-Initiated Cancellations

GreenHome reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment not received / verification failed.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

In such cases, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.


🔹 Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver products you love.
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return approval is required before sending the product back.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact support and mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and approve your request (within 2 business days).
  3. Ship the product to the provided address using a trackable courier.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for used or damaged items.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are not eligible for return:

  • Live plants and perishable items.
  • Opened soil, compost, or fertilizer packs.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.
